A maintenance cycle 

1. Every day to clean the external surface.  

21% oxygen concentration calibration with 2 weekly (oxygen sensor breathing circuit). 3 every two weeks emptying 

and discard the anesthetic vaporizer.  

100% oxygen concentration calibration with 4 per month (the oxygen sensor of the breathing circuit). 5 every year 

to replace the external O rubber ring evaporation tank on the port. 6 on-demand:

The installation of the new cylinder gasket cylinder yoke. The emptying water collector, replace the absorption in 

the tank.  

The replacement of the oxygen sensor breathing circuit (in normal use, the sensor performance in accordance with 

the specifications in a year).  

Replacement of the disposable plastic flow sensor (under normal circumstances, the performance of the flow sensor 

at least within six months in line with technical specifications).

2.Daily maintenance.

Before 1. Daily use to check for breathing circuit connection is correct, intact and respiratory system containing

sufficient absorbent; and detection of evaporation tank installation. 2 breathing loop system to be kept in a clean 

and dry environment, away from light and heat. Avoid contact with metals, organic solvents, oils or fats and

strong cleaning agents.  

3 breathing circuit cleaning: first removal of organic substances and chemical residues in products or disinfected 

before autoclave sterilization. Steam high pressure conditions, the maximum recommended temperature of 134 

degrees Celsius, the time is not more than 20mins. Can be used before each patient or according to the actual use 

of the situation, the need to increase the number of disinfection.
